IT Service Manager at Riverty Group GmbH

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science, (business) informatics or comparable training
• Professional experience in the area of IT Service Operations desirable
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. Oracle, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL), C# and/or script development
• Experience with server-based IT systems (Windows and/or Unix/Linux) and with cloud-based IT systems (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Aability to work in a team as well as independently and solution oriented
• You can communicate confidently in German and English

Your Challenges

• You ensure the technical operation of internal applications, including on-call availability
• You plan, monitor, control, and document the corresponding IT services
• You provide support in the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance work
• You drive further development of processes and customization of applications
• You conduct troubleshooting and analysis to swiftly resolve technical issues or malfunctions
• You are the contact person for the specialist department and other IT units and contribute in projects in the IT area
