Requirements
- Min. 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Backend & Frontend Development
- Du hast bereits erfolreich in größeren PaaS Cloud / AWS & DevOps Projekten gearbeitet und Erfahrung mit unserem Tech Stack:
- Frontend: TypeScript, JS Frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
- Backend: NodeJS, Typescript, GraphQL
- Cloud: AWS PaaS, Docker, Microservices, No-Ops
- Tooling: JIRA, Bitbucket
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung & Entwicklung von komplexen Systemen mit Microservice Architektur
- Du hast Erfahrung im Coaching von Entwickler:innen – als Team Coach, Tech Lead oder ähnliches
- Deine kommunikative Persönlichkeit sowie deine proaktive Mentalität zeichnen dich aus
Scope of Work
- Du bist Teil des Teams, das die Online-Präsenz unserer Zeitung entwickelt, mit täglich über 700000 Besucher:innen - in den Bereichen Publishing, Community oder Paid-Products.
- Spannender Tätigkeiten-Mix: Hands-On FullStack Development, Coaching & Technical Leadership
- Du bist technischer Coach für das Team und leitest Team-übergreifende Initiativen z.B. zu Engineering Excellence & DevOps.
- Du gestaltest aktiv mit PMs, UX & Engineering unseren Agilen Entwicklungsprozess mit.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team triffst du Architektur-Entscheidungen.
- Dein Aufgabenbereich ermöglicht dir fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung.
