Senior Backend Java Engineer at SMG Swiss Marketplace Group

What we are looking for:

• Fluent in English for both written and spoken communication
• At least 5 years of experience developing Backend systems in Java
• At least 3 years of experience with Spring Boot
• Strong working knowledge of distributed systems and messaging solutions
• Experience with Cloud Services, preferably with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Fluency with automated testing (unit, integration tests) and CI/CD
• Eagerness to learn and understand the business vision, strategy, and priorities

Nice to have:

• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Kubernetes and containers
• Kafka
• Elasticsearch
