Requirements
Um Teil der ROSEN Familie zu werden, überzeugst du durch analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise. Außerdem bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Informationstechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld)
- Tiefgreifende Erfahrung mit DevOps-Praktiken sowie fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in der Programmiersprache Python
- Starke Erfahrungen im Bereich Container-Infrastrukturen (Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow) sowie CI/CD Umgebungen
- Praxiserfahrung mit Linux- und Windows Systemen sowie Grundlegendes Verständnis der KI und ML-Technologien
- Solide Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS)
- Kenntnisse in MongoDB und Amazon S3 wünschenswert
- Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift, Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache sind von Vorteil

Zur Verstärkung unserer Softwareentwicklung an unseren Standorten in Lingen (Ems) oder Osnabrück suchen wir einen
Software Entwickler Python / DevOps (m/w/d)
Als Python-Entwickler mit starkem Fokus auf DevOps unterstützt du uns bei der Entwicklung und Betreuung unserer innovativen Softwarelösungen.
DEINE AUFGABEN:
- Automatisierung der Softwareentwicklungsprozesse mit CI/CD-Tools sowie Verwaltung der Infrastructure as Code, um einen agilen Entwicklungs- und Bereitstellungsprozess zu gewährleisten
- Anwendung von DevOps-Praktiken, um die Bereitstellung, Überwachung und Verwaltung von Modellen für maschinelles Lernen zu ermöglichen sowie die Nutzung der Kubeflow-API, um Pipelines für maschinelles Lernen effizient zu orchestrieren
- Schreiben von sauberem, effizientem und wartbarem Code in Python
- Implementierung mikroservice-basierter Softwareprozessanwendungen für unsere Inspektionssysteme
- Du bist Teil eines autonomen Entwicklungsteams in einer agilen Umgebung
- Optimierung und Überwachung der Leistung und Skalierbarkeit unserer Systeme
