1️⃣ When and how did you start working for us?
I started in November 2021, after having three interviews that all in all took 2 weeks and went very smoothly. I relocated from Iran, and I'm happy that I decided to make that choice. I received all the support I could ask for with all the necessary steps, from booking a flight over filling out all the necessary paperwork to finding a flat and much more.

2️⃣ Do you have a funny story about your work?
Two weeks after I started, I broke a tablet because of some system-level Android OS changes. The modifications were necessary for an important customer's requirement. Later, I spent even more time on this feature, around 30 hours, maybe all in all. And one day, I had to delete line by line of this feature with my own hands.

3️⃣ What is the best part of your job?
The high-quality code base is definitely a standout. People are not scared to use modern technologies in the code when it helps. Also, I love working with my colleagues; we do work hard, no doubt, but there's never a dull moment.

First Interview
The first job interview is an opportunity to get to know each other a little better. We will present our company and projects to you and are excited to learn about you and your work experience. 

Second Interview
In the past we have learned that some developers would rather let their actions speak than their words. We want to offer all future team members the same opportunities and have therefore decided to integrate a coding example into our application process. This will take no longer than two to three hours to complete and you will have about a week to finish it. In the second interview we will give you feedback, and you will have the opportunity to explain your thought process and implementation steps. 

Third Interview
The third interview rounds off our application process. Here, at the latest, you will get to know our CEOs, possibly have another technical discussion and we will negotiate the details with you.
