2 Years ago, Stefanie and Ana, joined forces to share the responsibility for a group of software developers at Bosch Vienna. “TOPsharing” – 2 leaders, 1 position – the idea is to allow part time employes to jointly hold a leadership position. In Stefanie’s case that means that she and Ana share the responsibility for a team of 25 software developers. This arrangement allows her to develop her career besides taking care for her private responsibilities as a mother of two kids.
